February is well under way and if you got engaged over the Holidays you’re now probably in the phase of your wedding plans where you are collecting estimates from wedding vendors. This is the first time you will probably deal with the gap between your expectations and the reality of making your wedding dreams come true, especially as far as costs go. Please do not get discouraged or enraged over the perceived expensiveness of wedding services/products, instead collect your ideas and start negotiating.
Hi, there, it’s been a while since I last posted and I have to tell you this will be my last post in 2013.
The blog will be closed until January 7th, while we undergo a bit of web renovation in the back end. Some new sections will be added to the english content and I hope you will find everything to be useful and pretty to look at.
As for myself, I will spend part of the Holidays deep into my new tools for organization for next year. I will take time out to fill in my Lara Casey Powersheets and arrange them in my new Emily Ley Life Binder, then set up the Whitney English Day Designer to accommodate all my goals and commitments.
2014 is going to be a pretty rad year, I know already. The couples I will be consulting with are from the US, Ireland, England, Italy, and they are so exciting and so in love that I couldn’t ask for anything more. I will be supervising and coordinating weddings in Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia Romagna, so far, exhibiting at a local wedding fair, and taking a few more projects to the next level.
No wonder I need so many notebooks to keep it all together, don’t you think?
You guys, have yourself the merriest days these Holidays, I’ll see you on the other side!
Well, hello there! Welcome to the new and revamped fatamadrina website, now hosting a fully english-speaking blog.
At this point you can find only a limited number of published posts, but be sure to check back regularly in the forthcoming weeks as I will be uploading tons of old posts, including behind the scene looks at my job, trend alerts, and reviews of some of my favourite Italian vendors and locations.
I hope this blog will entertain you and inspire your plans for an Italian wedding!
